I supervise a new clinician, Kirsten Tuckey, who will be taking new clients in May 2026. Supervised practice means that while you work directly with Kirsten, you are also receiving support from myself, directly, or indirectly. This can involve me attending the intake or follow up session, and/or consulting with Kirsten to best support your therapy experience. Kristen’s information is provided below. If you are interested in working with her, send a message through the contact page.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer seem to work, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can offer a place to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you’re experiencing with more compassion.

My work is influenced by person-centred and narrative approaches. I believe people carry wisdom about their own lives, even when it feels difficult to access. Meaningful change often begins when we feel truly heard and have the opportunity to explore our experiences without judgment.

I take a collaborative approach. Together we can start to explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that have shaped how you see yourself and the world. My work is trauma-informed and attentive to the ways identity, culture, and social context influence our lives.

I am particularly interested in how family history and life experiences shape the stories we carry about ourselves. As we begin to understand these influences, new possibilities can emerge, ones that feel more aligned with the life and relationships you want to create.

My goal is to offer a space where you feel respected, supported, and free to explore what matters most to you.
